Terms of Use — 3 Patti Bounty Portal
1. About 3pattibounty.com & the Bounty Mission Brand
This document is the Terms of Use for the website at 3pattibounty.com (the “Portal”). The Portal is an editorial download and information site for the third-party Pakistani Android application commonly known as “3 Patti Bounty”. The Portal also publishes Dragon Tiger strategy guides, walkthroughs of the in-app daily Bounty Mission system, and tutorials on Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawal flows.
The Portal's editorial voice leans heavily on the “Bounty” theme — daily missions, mission streaks, referral bounties, weekly mission targets. That theme is descriptive of how the upstream App rewards retention; it is not, by itself, a real-world legal entitlement to any specific reward. Read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page to understand the full agreement.
2. The App We Mirror — Third-Party Status
The Portal is NOT the same legal entity as the App
The Portal at 3pattibounty.com is run by an independent editorial team. The 3 Patti Bounty Android application is built and operated by a separate third-party company. We are not the App's developer, operator, payment processor, or KYC verifier. Specifically:
- We do not write the App's source code, control its random-number generation, or set its in-game payout tables for Dragon Tiger, 3 Patti, Crash, or any other game.
- We do not host the App's account servers, accept your in-App deposits, or hold your in-App PKR balance.
- We do not run the App's Daily Bounty Mission engine and do not control which missions a given account receives, in what order, at what reward tier.
- We do not see, store, or transmit any CNIC, JazzCash PIN, Easypaisa PIN, or bank credentials you enter inside the App.
What we do is verify the APK file we host, keep our download link in sync with the latest published build, and write editorial guides to help Pakistani readers understand the mission system, Dragon Tiger gameplay, and withdrawal flow.
3. Reader Eligibility (18+)
You must be 18 years of age or older to read this Portal or to install the App via our download link. Some Pakistani provinces and several international jurisdictions require a higher minimum age (for example 21) for casino-style content. Where local law requires a higher age, the higher age applies to you.
Real-money play is restricted or prohibited in several jurisdictions, including parts of Pakistan. The Portal itself contains no real-money play; the App may. Use your own judgement and your own legal awareness before claiming any in-App bounty.
4. The Claim-Bounty Download Path — Conditions Specific to This Portal
Tapping any button on this Portal that begins or completes the Claim-Bounty download flow — including the home-page “Claim Bounty” CTA, the bonus-page download trigger, and any in-blog inline download link — is treated, for legal purposes, as your active consent to the conditions in this section. The Bounty / Mission framing the Portal uses for that flow does not change the legal nature of what you are downloading: it is a third-party Android Package, distributed sideload, with the friction profile that comes with sideload distribution.
- The download itself ships outside the Google Play Store. Your phone will require “Install from Unknown Sources” permission and your Play-Protect chain will be a step shorter than a Play-Store install — this is unavoidable for any APK distribution path and is not a defect of this Portal specifically.
- The Portal publishes file size and SHA-256 alongside every download link. You are responsible for verifying both before you install. A mismatch on either is a strict reason to abort the install and email us; we treat hash mismatches as a publication-side incident even if the Portal binary later turns out to be the correct one.
- All Bounty Mission rewards, welcome-bounty PKR amounts, referral payouts, streak multipliers, and wagering multipliers visible inside the App are set by the upstream operator. The Portal markets these features but does not, and cannot, guarantee them. If your in-App welcome bounty differs from the Portal's marketing copy, the in-App number is authoritative for your account; raise the discrepancy with the App's customer support, and let us know so the marketing copy on this Portal is corrected.
- The 8,500 PKR welcome bounty headline that appears across this Portal is a snapshot at publication time. The number can be raised, reduced, region-fenced, time-fenced, or tied to a wagering schedule that materially differs from previous releases — all of that is at the App operator's discretion and outside the Portal's control.
- You agree, when you download via this Portal, not to mirror, repackage, sideload-redistribute, or rename the APK we host. The upstream developer retains the original copyright and trademark rights over the binary, and the Portal is not authorised to grant you derivative-work rights of any kind.
5. How We Validate a New APK Before It Reaches You
Because the Bounty / Mission marketing layer adds a second class of risk on top of generic APK risk, our validation pipeline is built around two parallel goals: the binary must be safe, and the bounty mechanics promoted on this Portal must still match what the binary actually delivers. Each new release we publish is required to pass both tracks before it goes live.
- Provenance binding. We accept new APK builds only directly from the upstream developer's distribution channel; we never accept a forwarded build from an affiliate network or a community mirror, even when an external party claims it is identical.
- SHA-256 pin and changelog stamp. Every published APK is recorded against its SHA-256 in a private Portal changelog. Where the upstream developer publishes its own hash, we publish ours alongside theirs so any reader can independently verify the binary they have downloaded matches both.
- Multi-engine antivirus scan. A minimum of three independent antivirus engines must return clean for the APK before we promote the new version. A single contested result puts the build into a 24-hour hold for re-scanning before it can replace the previous version on the download endpoint.
- End-to-end bounty flow rehearsal. Distinct from a generic install dry-run, we explicitly rehearse the bounty mechanics on at least one budget Android phone (1 GB RAM class) and one mid-range phone: account creation, welcome-bounty credit, the first Daily Bounty Mission completion, the wagering ledger updating, a sub-PKR-1,000 Easypaisa withdrawal request, and a deliberate mid-mission streak break. If any single step fails, the build is held back even if the binary itself scans clean.
- Permission diff against the previous version. We programmatically diff the requested-permission list against the previous shipped build. New “dangerous” permissions (location, contacts, SMS, accessibility) trigger a written justification request from the upstream developer and a public note in our changelog before the version is allowed to replace its predecessor.
- Bounty-copy reconciliation. Before a new APK replaces the current one, we confirm that every promotional figure on this Portal — welcome-bounty PKR amount, mission reward stack, referral payout — either still matches the new build or is updated within the same publish window. We do not let our marketing copy lag the binary by more than 7 working days under any circumstances.
6. Bounty Mission Mechanics — Editorial vs Commercial Boundary
Because the “Bounty Mission” framing is the Portal's most distinctive marketing angle, the boundary between editorial reporting and commercial promotion deserves a dedicated section.
Where editorial ends and commercial promotion begins
When we describe how the Daily Bounty Mission system works on the App — for example “complete five Dragon Tiger rounds for a 200 PKR streak bonus” — we are reporting a feature of the third-party App. We are not the entity that funds, ledgers, or pays out that bonus. The bonus exists, can be changed, can be discontinued, or can be capped per region by the App operator at any time, without notice to the Portal.
When we publish a download or referral page (such as bonus.html) that visibly promotes a specific bounty amount, that page is commercial promotion: we benefit from installs, and the page is structured to encourage installs. That page still contains accurate-at-publication-time information, but it is editorial promotion, not consumer protection. For consumer-protection content read instead our Responsible Gaming page.
If a specific Daily Bounty Mission reward described in our marketing copy is no longer available in the App when you install — or if the wagering requirement attached to it materially changes — please raise the dispute with the App's customer-support channel first. We will, however, log the report into our editorial review file and revise our copy where the change is permanent.
7. The Bounty-Hunter Referral Disclosure
The Portal operates a referral relationship with the upstream App operator: when a Pakistani Bounty Hunter installs the App via our Claim-Bounty download link, the App operator credits the Portal a small one-time referral payment. That credit funds the editorial team that maintains 3pattibounty.com — including the Dragon Tiger strategy library, the bounty walkthroughs, and the Easypaisa / JazzCash withdrawal guides. You as the reader pay nothing extra; your welcome-bounty PKR balance inside the App is in no way reduced by our referral credit.
Specifically about the Bounty-Hunter referral relationship, the Portal commits to the following: we never accept payment to suppress an unfavourable App review or to artificially raise a particular App in a comparison post; if a Dragon Tiger strategy article or a bonus-comparison post mentions a paid relationship, that relationship is disclosed inline within the article body, never buried in a footer; and editorial decisions on what guides to publish, which mission walkthroughs to feature, or which referral programmes to highlight are made by the writing team independently of the commercial side of the operation.
8. Acceptable Use — Bounty Hunter Conduct on This Portal
The Portal welcomes Bounty Hunters reading any of our Dragon Tiger guides, mission walkthroughs, referral explanations, and APK download pages, on the basis that the use is personal and lawful. Activities that fall outside that basis — and which therefore breach these Terms — include:
- industrial-scale scraping of the Portal's editorial library, including Dragon Tiger strategy posts, mission walkthroughs, or any of our 1-3-2-6 betting-system explainers, for ingestion into a competing affiliate aggregator;
- republishing more than a short fair-use quote from our blog without attribution to 3pattibounty.com and a clear backlink;
- automating or scripting the “Claim Bounty” download endpoint to mass-redistribute the APK to other websites, Telegram channels, or WhatsApp distribution lists without the upstream developer's express permission;
- impersonating an editorial-team member of 3 Patti Bounty in external communications, in-App chat, or social-media replies, including posing as someone authorised to vary mission rewards or guarantee a specific welcome-bounty figure;
- publicly representing that a Daily Bounty Mission reward, streak bonus, or referral payout is guaranteed by the Portal — that misrepresentation harms both readers and our editorial reputation, and is treated as a serious breach of these Terms.
The Portal reserves the right to rate-limit IP ranges, restrict Cloudflare-level access, or, in repeat or commercially-motivated cases, pursue legal remedies for any breach of the above.
9. What the Bounty Portal Does Not Promise You
Editorial content — including our Dragon Tiger 1-3-2-6 guide, pattern-recognition essays, and the Bounty referral primer — is general information for Pakistani Bounty Hunters. None of it is financial advice, gambling advice, or legal advice. Your specific financial position, household circumstances, or provincial regulatory context may require professional consultation that the Portal cannot supply.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, the Portal, its editorial team, and its hosting provider are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
- your decision to install the App via our download link or to claim any specific in-App bounty;
- any in-App deposit, withdrawal failure, mission-reward dispute, or account closure that occurs after installation;
- any temporary unavailability of the Portal, the download endpoint, or any specific guide page;
- any reliance you place on our editorial methodology, FAQ entries, or comparison tables.
Where applicable Pakistani law does not permit this exclusion, our aggregate liability for any single claim related to the Portal is capped at PKR 5,000 or its equivalent in your local currency, whichever is the lower amount.
11. Operating Inside Pakistan's Online-Content Regulatory Frame
3pattibounty.com is published from a Pakistan-facing editorial base — our writers, our tone, and our reader assumptions all centre on Pakistani Bounty Hunters. That positioning brings specific obligations under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA 2016), the consumer-protection guidance issued by relevant federal bodies, and any provincial gaming or advertising rules that apply to the audience we serve. We try to honour those obligations in four practical ways:
- The Portal restricts itself to editorial work plus an APK download endpoint. It does not host a real-money table, run a Daily Bounty Mission engine on its own infrastructure, or hold a PKR balance for any reader. The legal nature of what we publish is therefore consumer-information content with an affiliate-distribution layer, not a real-money operator.
- Every Portal page that promotes a bounty figure, mission reward, or referral payout carries an 18+ age statement on the same scroll — including the home page, the bonus.html page, the Dragon Tiger blog hub, and any individual mission-walkthrough article. Age statements are never relegated to a footer-only mention.
- Our Responsible Gaming page is positioned as a standalone editorial commitment, not a buried disclaimer. It carries the Karwan-e-Hayat crisis line (021-111-534-111), three further Pakistan-accessible mental-health helplines, the Mission-Aware Self-Assessment, the Pre-Claim Bounty Risk Check, and the First Mission Cycle Audit — all designed for Pakistani readers, not generic international audiences.
- If a Pakistani regulator — PTA, FBR, a Sindh consumer-protection authority, or a provincial gaming-content body — issues a takedown notice, content-modification request, or formal compliance instruction, we follow lawful instructions and update the affected pages within the timeframe stated, with a public note in our changelog where the change is significant.
The four practices above describe how we try to operate in good faith. They do not constitute regulator-style certification; the Portal is editorial work, not a pre-approved consumer-finance product.
12. Reaching the Bounty Portal — Contact, Corrections, Listing Withdrawals
For Terms-of-Use questions specifically, the cleanest channel is an email to [email protected] with a subject line that names the section involved — for example “Terms section 6 — Bounty Mission editorial boundary” or “Terms section 11 — PECA alignment query”. Subject-line clarity helps the small editorial team route your question to the right person within hours rather than days.
Three specific groups of correspondents have well-defined response paths the Portal commits to maintaining:
- Upstream developers and brand owners — if you are the actual rights-holder behind the 3 Patti Bounty App, a competing card-game App we have reviewed, or a Pakistani brand that believes a bounty-related page on this Portal misrepresents your product, please email with the page URL and supporting evidence. The Portal's commitment for your queue is acknowledgement within 2 working days, decision within 7 working days, and content correction or full listing withdrawal within a further 3 working days where the concern is substantiated.
- Regulators — if you are a PTA officer, FBR consumer-protection officer, or any provincial regulator with formal authority to issue takedown or modification instructions, identify yourself and the matter; the Portal will route lawful instructions through the same SLA, expedited where the regulator's own framework requires faster action.
- Bounty Hunters who feel mistreated by the App — if your real-money balance has been frozen, a Daily Bounty Mission reward has not been credited, or a withdrawal has stalled, please raise the issue with the App's own customer-support channel first. Only the App operator can refund a PKR balance or correct a withdrawal SLA. The Portal does, however, log every such complaint into an editorial review file and revisits whether the App stays on the “Claim Bounty” download endpoint based on the volume and pattern of those reports.
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming page together describe the agreement between you and the Portal. Read all three before claiming any bounty.
